Distress Radar paid plans (Investor, Pro) begin with a 14-day free trial that requires a valid payment method. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
If you do not cancel before your 14-day trial ends, your payment method will be automatically charged the then-current plan price plus applicable taxes on the trial-end date, and your subscription will automatically renew each month thereafter until you cancel. Prices are shown at sign-up.
You can cancel anytime from your Account page (self-serve customer portal). Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review the charge in good faith.
For billing questions, corrections, or disputed charges, contact baseline@baselinewatch.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
